Direct buses to Colchester General Hospital

There are many bus services from the outlying areas of Colchester that serve the Town Centre and there are two 10 minute frequency buses serving the hospital from the Town Centre. To catch a number 8/8a or 65 to the hospital go to bus stand 'S' in Head Street (see Public Transport Map).

These services will drop you off in Turner Road outside the hospital site. On the return journey back to the Town Centre, the 8/8a and 65 can be caught from the bus stops outside the Hospital main entrance.
